Models include front-maintenance, rear-maintenance, rental, and fixed installation series.

The core differences lie in brightness, IP rating, heat dissipation, and structure. Outdoor screens usually have 5000-8000 nits brightness, IP65/IP67 rating, with excellent water/dust resistance and heat dissipation. Indoor screens have 1000-3000 nits brightness, IP30-IP54 rating, featuring finer image quality and a thinner, lighter design.

Standard configuration: Brightness 1500-3000 nits (indoor) / 6000-8000 nits (outdoor); Refresh rate ≥1920Hz (meets broadcast-level shooting requirements); Gray scale 16bit (65536 levels), with high color reproduction and no flicker.

Yes. We have dedicated XR virtual shooting screens with a refresh rate ≥3840Hz and high contrast. They perfectly integrate with XR virtual production systems, achieving distortion-free and flicker-free virtual scene fusion to meet film and television shooting needs.

Standard IP30-IP54 for indoor screens; Standard IP65 (front) for outdoor screens, with high-end models reaching IP67/IP68 (water/dust proof), suitable for harsh outdoor environments like rain and high temperatures.

Standard module sizes: 300×300mm, 300×600mm; Standard cabinet sizes: 500×1000mm, 600×1200mm. Non-standard customization is supported to adapt to on-site project dimensions.

The standard lifespan is ≥100,000 hours with an annual attenuation rate ≤10%. Under normal use and maintenance, it can operate stably for 8-10 years.

Yes. We customize curved, circular, triangular, and other special-shaped screens with a maximum curvature of R500mm to meet personalized scenario needs for stages and exhibition halls.

Energy-saving mode is supported with automatic brightness adjustment. Under full power operation, the power consumption is about 150-300W/㎡ for indoor screens and 300-600W/㎡ for outdoor screens. It can reduce power consumption by 30%-50% in energy-saving mode.

All products pass CE, FCC, RoHS certifications, and some outdoor and high-end indoor screens pass UL certifications, meeting the entry standards of European and American markets.

The MOQ for standard products is 1 set (combinable). For customized products, it is adjusted according to difficulty, with a regular MOQ of 5 sets, which is negotiable.

Provide the project scenario (indoor/outdoor), pixel pitch, dimension/area, installation method, and certification requirements to get an accurate quotation. The quotation includes the screen body, control system, sender card, power supply, and technical support.

We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C (Letter of Credit), Western Union. Installment payment is negotiable for large orders.

For standard in-stock products, shipment is arranged within 3-7 working days after order confirmation. For regular customized products, it takes 15-25 working days. For large projects/special-shaped customization, it takes 25-40 working days, subject to the contract.

Yes. We provide OEM  and ODM (customized appearance, function, and software R&D production). Detailed demand plans are required, with a minimum order quantity of 50 sets.

The basic quotation includes a regular control system, sender card, and supporting software. For professional-level control systems (such as high-end models of Novastar and Cardlight) or multi-screen synchronization software, an additional quotation is required.

Orders can be modified for free before production scheduling; modifications after scheduling require bearing material and labor costs. For order cancellation without quality issues, 30% of the deposit shall be deducted as liquidated damages.

Packed with high-strength wooden crates + foam/epe pearl cotton, reinforced internally to prevent collision. Anti-tipping and moisture-proof labels are attached externally, suitable for long-distance sea and air transportation.

We support express (small samples, DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-7 days), air freight (urgent orders, 1-3 days), and sea freight (bulk orders, 15-30 days), which can be selected according to customer timeliness requirements.

Shipping costs for small-batch samples are borne by the customer; for large-volume orders (≥10 sets), they are usually borne by the seller, subject to the trade terms (EXW/FOB/CIF) signed by both parties.

Please take complete unboxing videos and photos of damage within 24 hours of receipt and contact us. We will claim compensation with the logistics party and provide free replacement of damaged accessories.

Yes. We can provide a full set of customs clearance documents including export declaration forms, packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin to assist customers in completing the customs clearance process of the destination country.

Standard export wooden crate packaging is free. An additional fee of 200-500 yuan per batch is required for non-wood packaging (IPPC certified) or customized reinforced packaging.

The standard product warranty is 2 years, with a 3-year warranty for core components (power supply, modules). The warranty for naked-eye 3D/XR dedicated screens is 3 years, and we provide lifetime technical support and maintenance services.

We provide 7×24-hour online technical support (WeChat/email/phone) with remote assistance for debugging. For major projects, on-site installation guidance and technical training are available, with a 48-hour response time for technical faults.

The supporting control software is provided for free, including detailed Chinese/English operation manuals and one-to-one video tutorials, enabling zero-based users to get started quickly.

1. Check if the power supply and signal line connections are loose;

2. Restart the control system and sender card;

3. If it is a module failure, contact us for module replacement (free within the warranty period).

Yes. For large projects, we can arrange technical personnel for on-site installation and debugging, and provide free training for 1-2 operators, including installation processes, daily maintenance, and fault troubleshooting.
