A CLOSER LOOK AT THE MANUFACTURER
A factory visit should answer your project questions.
Shenzhen City Highcolor Photoelectric Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 in Shiyan, Shenzhen. Our LED display business combines production with project-specific configuration and delivery coordination.
Use this tour to understand how an order moves from an agreed specification to an assembled display and shipment. Bring your drawings, application and acceptance requirements so the discussion can focus on the screen you actually need.
01 / FROM SPECIFICATION TO SCREEN
Follow an LED display through production.
The route and inspection requirements depend on the product. Start by agreeing the configuration, then review the relevant production and test stages for your order.
01 — DEFINE
Configuration review
Confirm application, screen dimensions, pixel pitch, cabinet type, component options, control system and service access. Resolve drawing and specification changes before production.
02 — BUILD
Production & assembly
Review electronic production and the assembly of modules, cabinets, power supplies and control hardware. Check the order configuration alongside the physical product.
03 — VERIFY
Screen setup & testing
Review assembled-screen operation, image presentation and the agreed inspection items. Use representative content and the intended signal configuration where practical.
04 — RELEASE
Packing & handover
Match display units, spare parts and accessories to the agreed packing list. Confirm package identification, shipping arrangements and the technical files needed at site.

On the production floor
The workshop photograph shows electronic production equipment. During a visit, ask to see the line relevant to your selected product and how the approved configuration is communicated to production.

Preparing complete orders
Cabinets are only part of the shipment. Review spare modules, cables, receiving-card configurations and accessories together so the installation team receives a usable system.
02 / SEE WHAT IS BEING CHECKED
Make the test relevant to the finished display.

Powered-screen testing in the factory.
Aging is a stage, not the entire quality plan.
Operating a display before shipment provides an opportunity to observe faults over time. The agreed duration, test conditions and acceptance criteria should be recorded for the selected model and order.
Combine that check with image inspection, cabinet condition, control-system operation and the intended service arrangement. Request order-specific evidence rather than relying on a single generic test photograph.
IMAGE
Uniformity & content
Review white, primary colors, grayscale and representative content. Agree how pixel defects, visible seams and color differences will be assessed before final acceptance.
SYSTEM
Signal & operation
Confirm the controller configuration, input sources and required operating functions. Where backup or redundancy is specified, include its behavior in the agreed test plan.
MECHANICAL
Assembly & service
Check cabinet alignment, connectors, labels and access to replaceable parts. Use the chosen front- or rear-service arrangement when discussing installation and maintenance.
Need certification documents for a tender?
Identify the destination country, exact model and documents requested by your buyer. Review the applicable product documentation with Highcolor before the order is finalized.
03 / READY FOR THE NEXT HAND-OFF
Pack for the journey. Prepare for the installation.
Agree the packing and supply boundary
Packaging depends on the product, transport route and handling requirements. Confirm the case or crate arrangement, package identification and protection for modules and accessories in the quotation.
Record what is included: cabinets or modules, control equipment, cables, spare parts and documentation. Also identify who handles freight, import formalities, local installation and commissioning.

Packed cases staged for shipment; final packaging is order-specific.
MATCH THE ORDER
Packing list
Confirm quantities, package marks, spare-parts allocation and the relationship between each case and the display layout.
KEEP THE FILES
Technical handover
Agree the cabinet layout, wiring information, controller settings and service instructions required by the installation team.
PLAN SUPPORT
After delivery
Confirm the support contact, warranty scope and fault-reporting information in the order so responsibility remains clear after dispatch.
04 / PLAN A USEFUL FACTORY VISIT
Bring a project brief. Leave with clearer decisions.

BEFORE YOU VISIT
Factory tour questions
Can I review my own order during the visit?
Include your order reference and the stages you want to see when requesting an appointment. The team can confirm what is available based on the production schedule.
Can the tour include screen testing?
Request the relevant model, content and test items in advance. Agree what can be demonstrated and which records or results are needed for your project.
Are all products tested for the same duration?
Do not assume one duration or procedure covers every display. Confirm the model-specific aging and inspection requirements in the approved order documentation.
How do I check lead time and capacity?
Share the configuration, quantity and required delivery date. Ask for an order-specific production and dispatch schedule; general factory figures do not establish the completion date of a particular project.
